jpnn.comJAKARTA – Former Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan responded to hundreds of Jaklingko drivers who demonstrated at the DKI Jakarta City Hall because they experienced a number of problems.

One of the various demands is the problem of delayed salaries and the division of work which is considered unfair.

According to Anies, when he first inaugurated Jaklingko, his party designed the system by trying to be as fair as possible.

“Secondly, there is good budgeting so that everyone involved can get their rights. For example, salary, that is part of the planning, part of the system preparation,” said Anies in Pondok Gede, Tuesday (30/7).

This principle, he said, must always be upheld by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and Transjakarta as the operator so that it can run smoothly.

“We used to do it like that and thank God there were never any complaints,” he said.

However, Anies admitted that he did not want to comment at length because he did not know the ins and outs of the case.

“As for now, I don’t know the ins and outs of the case, so I can’t comment further,” he said.
