/ The Yemeni Armed Forces (Houthis) announced, on Thursday evening, that they targeted a British ship in the Gulf of Aden, while they threatened to carry out more operations.

The forces said in a statement seen by Agency, “The naval forces of the Yemeni armed forces carried out a military operation targeting a British ship (LYCAVITOS) while it was sailing in the Gulf of Aden, and the targeting operation was with appropriate naval missiles that hit it directly.”

She stressed that “the Yemeni armed forces will continue to prevent Israeli navigation or navigation heading to the occupied Palestinian ports in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea until the aggression stops and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.”

She added that “the Yemeni armed forces, within the right of legitimate defense of Yemen, are about to take further measures in response to the American-British aggression and to confirm the practical position supporting the Palestinian people.”
