(24News) The Islamabad court has ordered the release of PTI leader Rauf Hasan from the case registered under the PICA Act.
In the District and Sessions Court against Rauf Hasan and others in the case registered under the PICA Act, the bail application of 9 accused including Rauf Hassan was heard after arrest. Duty Magistrate Abbas Shah heard the application, PTI lawyer Ali Bukhari, Mirza Asim. Baig, Sardar appeared in the busy court, FIA prosecutor also appeared in the court along with the records.
Lawyer Ali Bukhari, giving arguments, said that an FIR was filed on the disclosure of Ahmed Waqas, the whole case is on disclosure, 3 women have been granted bail, the bail application of 9 persons is before the court, 9 accused are working on salary, Rauf of the accused. It has nothing to do with Hasan, there is no watchman, no financer, no deputy messenger, these people are employed, they have been in jail for so long.
Lawyer Ali Bukhari further said that baseless allegations have been made against Rauf Hasan and others, Rauf Hasan is 76 years old and suffering from various diseases, if anything happens to Rauf Hasan, who is responsible for it? For now, leave the eight job professionals, what damage did the country? What is the state? According to the law and the constitution, the state is the people, the talk has gone from the integrity of the country to the social media.
The FIA prosecutor opposed the bail, on which the court reserved its decision.
Later, the court accepted the bail plea of PTI leader Rauf Hassan and ordered his release in the case registered under the Paka Act.
