A subject, in a presumed state of drunkenness, attacked with machete and mounted on a horse of a horse rider at a fair Tlaxcala; the victim fell with the horse.
A video was spread on social media of the exact moment when a man attacked a horseman with a machete during a festival in Tlaxcala.
The incident occurred during the fair parade Santa Ana Chiautempanlocated in the state of Tlaxcala.

In the images, two riders can be seen mounted on their horses, but the subject wearing a grey shirt approaches the other individual to apparently complain to him.
The horses then become nervous and frightened, then confront each other and then move away.
However, the alleged attacker, who was accused of being intoxicated, took out a machete to attack the other rider.
The man throws a couple of machete blows, but the victim’s horse tries to defend itself and rises to such a point that it ends up falling, including the rider, the victim.
The horse almost fell on top of the man, but managed to land on its side.
The witnesses then arrested the attacker, while others helped the victim, who managed to get up on his own two feet, although in pain from the impact with the ground.

In the background you can see a couple of patrol cars that were present to safeguard the security of the event. The rider’s health status is currently unknown and the attacker was reportedly arrested.
