US Vice President Kamala Harris plans to introduce her running mate at a rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 6.

According to their information, the choice of location indicates that Harris’ running mate, who will run for vice president of the country in the upcoming elections, will most likely be Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro.
The US presidential election will be held on November 5. On July 21, incumbent President Joe Biden, under pressure from fellow Democrats, announced his withdrawal from the fight for re-election. The Republican Party will be represented in the elections by former US leader Donald Trump, with James David Vance as his running mate.
Harris is expected to be confirmed as the Democratic presidential nominee soon. The Democratic Party will formally vote on the issue from August 1 to 5 in a virtual format.
