Alonso Correa continues to make history in the waters of Teahupo’o, Tahiti. The Peruvian surfer defeated Japanese Reo Inaba in a dramatic ‘heat’ in the quarter-finals of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and qualified for the surfing semifinals, coming very close to a medal.
The national surfer continues to progress steadily in the competition. He reached this stage with a good performance in the previous rounds and once again demonstrated what he is made of.
