The time for judgment has come for the National basketball team. The official favorite of the Greeks is called to give everything against the formidable Australia to claim a victory that will allow it to continue its path in France.

The 3 scenarios for qualification
For the National team of Greece to qualify, one of the following three scenarios must apply:
- A win against Australia by at least one point and a win for Spain against Canada (2/8, 18:15). In this case, the National team will be third in a tie with the Australians and hopes to qualify as one of the two best third-placed teams in the tournament.
- A Greek victory by 3 to 9 points and a win for Canada against Spain. In this case, the National team will be third in a tie with Australia and Spain and hopes to qualify as one of the two best third-placed teams in the tournament.
- A win for the National team by 10 or more points and a win for Canada against Spain, our team will be second in a three-way tie with Australia and Spain.
The match begins at 14:30 noon and will be broadcast on ERT-1
