After dealing with Karabakh (Azerbaijan) in the third preliminary round of the Champions League, Ludogorets will face a well-known opponent in the playoff phase. The draw decided that it would be the Croatian giant “Dinamo” (Zagreb).
The first matches of the round, which is the last step towards the actual phase of the most prestigious tournament, will be on August 20 and 21, and the return matches – on the 27th and 28th.
“Ludogorets” visits “Karabakh” tomorrow in Baku, and the rematch is later in Razgrad.
“Dinamo” (Zagreb) has eliminated Razgrad in both of their elimination matches in Europe, the last one being 2 years ago and the first in 2012.
In the fall of 2013, “Ludogorets” beat the Croatians twice in the Europa League group.
