Yesterday, Sunday, the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Haddad, paid an inspection visit to the Naval Studies Academy. He was received by his assistant, Lieutenant General Dr. Salah Al-Din Al-Namroush, the Commander of the Naval Studies Academy, a number of officers from the Academy, and the Commander of the 52nd Infantry Brigade.
He made an inspection tour and viewed some of the facilities at the academy that had been maintained, as well as the ongoing maintenance to implement the plan set by the General Staff Presidency for this important military educational edifice, which the Presidency aspires to be a national scientific edifice in the field of marine sciences.
During the visit, he met with the committee supervising the graduation ceremony of military college students, as well as on the occasion of the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Libyan Army, where he was briefed on the progress of the ongoing preparations and arrangements for the celebration of the graduation of the new batch.
Al-Haddad also visited the Tawergha Local Council, accompanied by the Commander of the Central Military Region and the Commander of the 53rd Independent Infantry Brigade. He was received by the President and members of the Tawergha Local Council and a number of officers to determine their needs.
