Actor-producer Tusshar Kapoor is a follower of Buddhism. He believes that there is good and bad luck and we can change our fate with our prayers. Tusshar said, ‘I believe in good and bad luck. We have come to this world with certain karmas. Some people work hard, but they do not get success beyond a certain limit, some obstacles keep coming in their way.’
The actor further said in a conversation with IANS, ‘And sometimes, the people who get great success are the ones who are lazy, but things turn out right for them.’

He believes that hard work is more beneficial in the long run. The actor said, ‘It can reduce the time taken to achieve your target or it can also delay things, it all depends on your luck. I believe it is all connected to your karma.’
‘I am a follower of Buddhism’
Talking about how fate can be changed, Tushar said, ‘I am a Buddhist, so I think you can always change your karma and destiny, add more good luck to your life, change your fate. I believe in good and bad luck, but I believe it is not fixed and you cannot change it. I believe you can change your fate with prayer.’

Tusshar is currently seen in the OTT show ‘Das June Ki Raat’. In this, he is playing the character of Bhagesh, who is down on his luck. When asked what he likes more, films or OTT, Tusshar said, ‘First love is always films, but as an actor, going on the set and performing and working with a good team… I think it is the same everywhere, be it a film or a web-show.’
‘It is very difficult to release a film today’
He said that it can be compared to working on a reality show, the experience of which is somewhat different. Tusshar said, ‘I will not say that one is better than the other. But yes, it is very difficult to release a film today. There is a lot of stress, if there is a pandemic or there are multiple film releases, then the problem of screens comes up. But for a web show, this problem does not arise, because it is available on the online platform and the audience can watch it anytime and anywhere.’
Web shows are less challenging
He said, ‘I started with films, the happiness of it is something different. It is better in that sense. On the other hand, web show is less challenging, but as far as good release is concerned, you get its reward.
