The International Cricket Council (ICC) has accused Sri Lankan cricketer Praveen Jayawickrama of match-fixing in international cricket and the Lankan Premier League (LPL).
Jayawikrama has been accused of violating three clauses of the ICC Code of Conduct. The charges include:

Despite the serious allegations, Jayawikrama has been given 14 days to respond to the complaint, with the deadline set for August 20. The Sri Lanka Cricket Board will also take action in conjunction with the ICC if the allegations are proven.
Jayawikrama, who made his international debut in a Test match against Bangladesh, has played five matches in each of the three formats (Test, ODI, T20) and has taken 32 wickets in 15 international matches.
