Some users of the financial technology platform Clear have denounced on social media the lack of payment of their earnings. The reason for this issue is yet to be disclosed.
Klar is a Mexican company specializing in financial technology, offering various financial services through its digital platform. Customers can apply for credit cards and debit cards, with an option to save money through a 15 percent loss of performance.
However, since yesterday, Tuesday, some Klar clients have reported on social media that their earnings have not been paid. Some users also noticed that the section on returns and investments is unavailable on the digital platform, preventing them from accessing their saved money and generated returns.
One user wrote on X, “What’s wrong with the app? The investment balances aren’t showing. Error messages all afternoon.” Another client reported receiving no response from customer support despite inquiries about the issue.
Klar responded to these reports by stating that the delayed payments and platform issues were due to an unspecified “incident” and promised that the affected funds would be reflected in the morning of August 8th.
“Due to an issue that occurred yesterday, you will be able to see your deposit/yield reflected no later than tomorrow morning,” the fintech wrote.
