Nisya Ahmad’s husband, Andika Rosadi, denied allegations of domestic violence in their household.
According to Andika, he has been reported to the police for allegedly committing violence against his wife.
“There was no domestic violence, I might have been reported to the police, maybe you can ask,” said Andika Rosadi at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA), Thursday (8/8).
Andika also denied the issue of a third person being involved in his marriage. “There is none,” he said.
He admitted to having arguments with his wife, but claimed it was a normal occurrence in any household.
“No, it’s normal to have arguments, get used to it, but now Nisya is really serious about taking the path of divorce,” said Andika.
However, he declined to elaborate on the specific reasons for their disagreements.
Andika emphasized that their children were never a point of contention in their marriage.
