Gold Prices Stabilize in Baghdad and Erbil

Gold prices in the local⁤ markets of Baghdad and Erbil ​remained stable today, Tuesday. In ‍the capital,‍ Baghdad, and Erbil, the ⁢capital of the Kurdistan Region, gold prices‍ were steady across both wholesale markets and goldsmiths’ shops.

Wholesale ⁢Market⁣ Prices:

The selling price of one mithqal (5 grams) of 21 karat gold was recorded at‍ 431,000 dinars, while ⁣the purchase ⁣price was 427,000 dinars.
The​ price of Iraqi gold ‌was slightly‌ lower, ‌with a selling ⁢price of 401,000 dinars and a purchase price of 397,000 dinars.

Goldsmiths’ Prices:

The selling price of 21-karat gold in Baghdad ranged from 435,000 to 445,000 dinars, while Iraqi gold was between 405,000 and 415,000 ​dinars.
In Erbil,​ the selling price of 24-karat ⁢gold was 505,000 dinars, while ​21-karat gold fetched 445,000 dinars and‍ 18-karat gold was 385,000 dinars.

Currency Market:

The dollar price also ⁤weakened slightly in both Baghdad and​ Erbil today. ‍The selling ‌price of 100 dollars was ⁢152,000 ‌dinars in ⁣Baghdad and 151,700 dinars in Erbil, compared to 152,200 dinars in Baghdad and 151,600 dinars in Erbil yesterday.
