Everton has targeted Vitor Roque to strengthen their attacking line, with the English side putting pressure on Barcelona to acquire the Brazilian striker.
Barcelona’s first response to Everton’s offer for Vitor Roque was negative, as both Xavi and Hansi Flick do not seem to have him in their main plans.
According to German journalist Florian Plettenberg, the Toffees submitted an offer for the Brazilian striker, which, along with performance-related bonuses, amounts to €28,000,000.
However, the Blaugrana administration immediately rejected it, as they want to secure a sum between €30 million and €35 million from the sale of the 19-year-old.
It is worth noting that Roque moved to Barcelona in January 2024, with the Spanish club spending approximately €40,000,000 to acquire him from Atletico Paranaense.
In the second half of last season, he played 16 matches for Barcelona, scoring two goals while spending only 353 minutes on the pitch.
The contract of the Brazilian striker runs until the summer of 2031.
