A video of the victory of the Russian UFC fighter Islam Makhachev at the UFC Fight Night 202 tournament has been published.
Makhachev met American Bobby Green and defeated him by technical knockout in the first round. This success was his tenth in a row at the UFC tournaments.
After the fight, Makhachev announced that the next fight would be his title fight.
“I called Dana White. He said that I deserved it, and I will fight for the title. I would like to have this fight at the end of the year in Abu Dhabi,” Makhachev said at a press conference.
In the light weight category, in which the athlete competes, the championship title belongs to the Brazilian Charles Oliveira.
