Supposedly influenced by the PUBG video game, and 18 year old stabbed a five people at random in Türkiye.
Local media reported on the capture of the young man identified as Arda “K” for allegedly being responsible for stabbing five people with a knife and an axe in a cafe in the city of Eskisehir, Located 230 kilometers west of Ankara, Türkiye.
This arrest was made this Tuesday, August 13 and was carried out by the local police.
According to media reports, Arda “K” equipped himself with a mask, a bulletproof vest, goggles and the aforementioned weapons and headed to the cafe and the vicinity of a mosque in Eskişehir.

The young man decided to broadcast his action through his social networks and the clip of the mass stabbing spread and went viral among Internet users.
In the images, the young man can be seen wearing his weapons and approaching people in the cafeteria. Without saying a word, he chose his victims at random and stabbed them.

A local police officer was near the scene, noticed the chaos and captured the attacker after an intense chase.
Emergency services and paramedics were called to the scene to treat the five injured, but two of them are reported to be in serious condition. All were taken to a nearby hospital.
Yilmaz Tunc –Turkish Minister of Justice– reported on his ‘X’ account that the teenager had no criminal record and is in the custody of the Eskişehir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
