Epic Games (Headquarters: United States, CEO: Tim Sweeney) announces that superstar Latin musician “Karol G” will appear as the Season 5 icon in the rhythm game “Fortnite Festival” within Fortnite. Additionally, “Karol G” will serve as the headliner for a concert in the game from August 24 to August 27. Enjoy the Latin sounds from Karol G, an award-winning artist and leader in pop culture, at the Festival.

■ Experience the Concert of Superstar “Karol G”

You can experience a one-of-a-kind concert at “Karol G MSB Fortnite,” featuring a representative setlist from the five-time Latin Grammy Award winner “Karol G.”

Access “Karol G MSB Fortnite,” produced by Magnopus, from the “Discovery” screen in Fortnite, available from 4 AM JST on August 24, 2024, to 1 AM JST on August 27, 2024. You can team up with up to three other friends.

Players who participate in the concert from start to finish will receive the base “Bichota Fortstring” as a gift.

■ New Information on Fortnite Festival Season 5

Fortnite Festival Season 5 will begin on August 16, 2024, and end on November 2 at 1 PM. During this season, players can unlock Karol G-themed items such as the costume “Bichota Season Karol G,” the mic “Bichota Mic,” and the guitar “Bichota Six String” in the premium rewards track. The Karol G Jam Tracks available for play in the rhythm game “Fortnite Festival” include:

■ What is Fortnite Festival?

Launched on December 9, 2023, “Fortnite Festival” is a new rhythm-based game centered around music, where you can team up with friends or perform your favorite artist’s popular songs in solo stages. Everything is free to play within Fortnite.

Download Fortnite for free on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, Android, and PC. You can also access Fortnite through available cloud-based streaming services (see here for how to access these options). Launch Fortnite and select “Fortnite Festival – Main Stage” or “Karol G MSB Fortnite” (Karol’s music experience).
