The Central Bank of India has seized the property of Indian comedian Rajpal Yadav for non-payment of bank loans.

According to India Today, Rajpal Yadav took a loan of Rs 3 crore from Central Bank of India’s Bandra Kural Complex branch in Mumbai. Rajpal’s father Naurang Yadav has property in Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh. He took a loan by mortgaging this property. But did not return the loan. As a result, the loan amount now stands at 11 crore rupees. On August 8, a bank team went to Shahjahanpur and seized the mortgaged property. The CBI has also informed the local police station.

This is not the first time, Rajpal has been involved in the case for non-payment of loans. In 2010, Rajpal Yadav took a loan of Rs 5 crore from Delhi businessman MG Aggarwal. He took this money to make the movie. In 2012, the movie named ‘Ata Pata Lapata’ was released. It also does good business. But Rajpal Yadav did not repay the loan. Later, the businessman approached the court. Rajpal Yadav also spent 10 days in jail in 2013 in this case.

Rajpal’s latest released movie is ‘Chandu Champion’. It was released in theaters on June 14. He has several movies in hand now. One of them is ‘Bhulbulaiya 3’. After the shooting, the post production work of the movie is going on.
