How do I check how many MAX Points I have?
To find out how many MAX Points you have available and which are about to expire, you must go to www.max.com.gt/puntos-max. You can redeem them very easily, whether you make your purchase online or in a physical store. You only have to choose the product you like the most, enter your billing information and apply your MAX Points. It’s that simple!
There is no limit on redemptions per month, so if you have accumulated a considerable amount of MAX Points, you will have the convenience of having these weeks of August and September to select what you need most for yourself or your loved ones. Remember that MAX Points cannot be transferred to other members, you must use them in your personal account.
How many MAX Points do you accumulate per purchase?
The accumulation of this benefit varies depending on your purchase method. If you make your transaction in stores, MAX kiosks or Repcel, you will be credited 1 point for every Q7 invoiced. On the other hand, if you invoice at Viajes MAX and B2B, you will accumulate 1 point for every Q21.
Depending on the MAX Points you have accumulated, you can apply them as a form of payment on your bill, according to the following rewards table:
- 575 points: Q75.
- 715 points: Q100.
- 1,785 points: Q250.
- 3,570 points: Q500.
