jpnn.comSERANG – Paris Olympics gold medal-winning weightlifter Rizki Juniansyah received a bonus of IDR 6 billion from the central government.
The bonus was handed over directly by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the State Palace, Jakarta, Thursday (15/8).
Rizki said that some of the bonus he received would be used to improve his gym or training place in Serang City.
“My wish is to renovate or improve the Bulldog Gym,” said Rizki to JPNN Banten.
Rizki admitted that he did not expect to receive a large bonus from the central government.
“This bonus is very big for me, I didn’t expect to get this much money,” he said.
Rizki’s determination to fix the gym grew stronger after receiving the bonus. After the repair, Rizki hopes that a generation of young achievers will emerge from the Bulldog Gym.
“I want to build this atmosphere to give birth to new Rizki-Rizki like me,” he hoped.(mcr34/jpnn)
