The star merchant of British engineering was on a large ship that sank near Palermo in Sicily. He was acquitted in early June after a bitter trial between him and HP.
He is one of the most famous figures in English engineering. Businessman Mike Lynch has been missing for several hours now, after the sinking of a yacht near the coast of Sicily this weekend which was one of the plans. The 59-year-old businessman, at least two Americans and one Canadian have not been found after the storm that caused this 56-meter long boat to sink. Unlike the other 15 passengers and crew members, who were rescued by local authorities.
