The video featured TeenTeenFive’s best friends Lee Dong-woo and Kim Kyung-sik, who are the same age. Lee Dong-woo said, “I was the closest to (Kim Kyung-sik) because he was the only one of the five who was the same age.”
Kim Kyung-sik said, “These days, I don’t text my wife that much even though I’m at home almost every day, but when I wake up in the morning, I text my wife outside. That makes me feel good.”
Regarding his current condition, Lee Dong-woo said, “I have been blind for quite some time. It has been 20 years since I was diagnosed with the disease, and 15 years since I was diagnosed with blindness. It took about 4-5 years to be diagnosed with the disease and blindness. I remember that at that time, I had 5% of my vision left, so I was able to film a documentary and publish a book, but since then, I have been diagnosed with blindness, and I have no field of vision or eyesight, and I live completely blind.”
He continued, “Even when I pass by on the street, many people ask, ‘How much do you see?’ Most of them hesitate and have difficulty answering. I completely understand that. If you experience hardship or hell once, you will realize that living our daily lives, the most difficult thing in the world is living an ordinary life.”
Lee Dong-woo said, “I’m having a really hard time right now. I’m doing a lot of broadcasts, doing a lot of CFs, and doing some kind of business. It looks like it’s going to be hard. My body hurts and it’s hard.”
He said, “When my heart gets rough or heavy, when dark clouds gather, aren’t there times like that? At those moments, when Kyung-sik calls and says, ‘I’m having a hard time right now, Dong-woo,’ I feel so grateful to be alive.”
Kim Kyung-sik said, “I keep crying in front of Dong-woo. It’s not tears of pity. I cry because I’m so overwhelmed when I look into myself and become honest. It’s just that I have a friend who silently listens to me. He made me become honest. That’s what I’m thankful for,” expressing his friendship.
Lee Dong-woo said, “If you look closely, Gyeong-sik has a fate of taking care of people. When he goes home, he takes care of his children, wife, and mother, and when he comes out, he takes care of his friends and the dog he raises.
