According to the Fafan report, at least 377 petitions have been filed in 23 election tribunals of the four provinces and the Islamabad Capital Territory. Applicants have been identified, copies of only 226 applications have been obtained.

According to the Fafan report, 44 petitions could not be tracked through the cause list, the ECP has yet to reveal the exact number of petitions filed before the tribunals and the sub-details, Fafan said the results disputes after the 2013 general election.
