There were already a few tears shed in the summer jungle camp, and now Georgina Fleur is letting her emotions run free. The reaction of her fellow contestants outrages her.

Georgina Fleur has already taken part in a number of reality TV formats over the course of her career, but in the fifth episode of the summer jungle camp, the former “Bachelor” candidate reaches her limits. She is bothered by the constant arguments between her fellow campers – but instead of sympathy, she is met with malice.
On the fifth day of “I’m a Celebrity – The Showdown of the Jungle Legends,” Thorsten Legat is the team leader of the jungle troop. In the morning, he assigns the day’s tasks. Georgina Fleur asks if she can help with the cooking. “It’s not your turn right now,” Mola Adebisi interrupts her. “I don’t want to be pushed around here every time,” the 34-year-old says angrily. A little later, she explains on the jungle phone that she doesn’t feel like her fellow contestants are taking her seriously.
As she sits around the campfire with the other candidates, the distribution of tasks is discussed again. The tone between Hanka Rackwitz and Thorsten Legat becomes increasingly harsh. “Get to the point,” complains the former football star. Although she herself was not the one being addressed, Georgina Fleur’s emotions boil over at this announcement: she cannot hold back her tears. “It’s really been like that since day one, there’s been such bad bickering over every little thing. It’s really weighing on me. You just wake up and you want to have positive energy and then there’s all this screaming, yelling and bitching from everyone, it’s just too much for me,” says the TV celebrity.
Sarah Knappik hugs her. “What’s wrong, darling? Are you crying?” she asks. She tries to calm Georgina Fleur down. But Knappik is the only one who is worried about her colleague. The other campers don’t seem to take the reality star’s emotional outburst seriously. “Now some of them are slowly reaching their limits. That’s a good thing,” Thorsten Legat seems pleased. “What’s wrong with her all of a sudden? Because she had to get up?” Mola Adebisi also jokes – and laughs about the situation together with Winfried Glatzeder.
This is a behavior that Georgina Fleur subsequently denounces: “What’s the point of that? You don’t have to put me down,” she confronts Mola Adebisi. The former Viva star initially only responds to her announcement with a shrug of the shoulders, but then apologizes.
On August 15, “I’m a Celebrity – The Showdown of the Jungle Legends” started on RTL+. On linear television, the special broadcast to mark the show’s 20th anniversary only started one day later.
As usual, the jungle camp will be hosted by Sonja Zietlow and Jan Köppen. However, this year “I’m a Celebrity – The Showdown of the Jungle Legends” will not take place in Australia, but in South Africa. The show was also recorded. Filming took place several weeks ago.
