New Delhi : Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra extended warm wishes to her brother and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Along with her message, she posted a collage of photographs, which includes pictures from her childhood, including one with her father and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
