The HR department of the bank organized a five-day long orientation program for the newly recruited 290 senior officers and officers of Pubali Bank Plc.
The bank’s managing director and chief executive Mohammad Ali was present as the chief guest at the program’s opening ceremony. Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Icha, Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Ahmad Enayet Manjur, Md. as special guests. Shahnewaz Khan, Mohammad Anisuzzaman and Mohammad Jamal Uddin Majumder were present.
Ismat Ara Haque, Chief and General Manager of Human Resource Department delivered the welcome speech on the occasion.
In the speech of the chief guest, Managing Director Mohammad Ali urged the freshers to work with dedication and honesty.
He said, ‘In the current era of globalization, we should enrich ourselves by acquiring all kinds of knowledge related to banking. It is possible to establish yourself as an efficient banker by following the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Bank and regulatory institutions. Pubali Bank always pays special attention to this aspect.
The Managing Director urged the newly appointed officers to serve the customers with determination, concentration, sincerity and professionalism.
General Manager and senior executives of the bank’s head office were present on the occasion.
