E. Juška, from Dartford, Kent, is accused of murdering 39-year-old Nina Denisova and sexually assaulting the deceased woman, The Daily Mail reports.

E. Juška appeared in the dock at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Monday for a brief hearing after he was presented with the horrendous charges on Sunday.

He listened as the charges were explained to him in the trial.

Dressed in a gray jumper and trousers with dark brown long (shoulder-length) hair, the accused spoke only when he confirmed his name, address and date of birth to the court clerk.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Wednesday for a plea and pre-trial hearing.

Police have launched a homicide investigation after a woman was found stabbed to death at a house in Henderson Drive, Dartford, on Saturday. Saturday at 6:50 a.m. morning emergency crews were called after receiving a report of a disturbance.

N. Denisova was found with injuries consistent with a stab wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kent Police confirmed that the victim and the suspect were acquaintances but not related.

The Kent police spokeswoman added that N. Denisova’s relatives were informed and a report was prepared for the coroner.
