I’m calm as always and I’m available”. These are the few, excited words that Sergio Ruocco gave to journalists in Bottanuco outside the home of Sharon Verzeni’s parents, where he has been living since the day after his partner’s murder. This morning Ruocco was taken to the house in Terno d’Isola where he lived with Sharon. The soldiers and the 37-year-old were inside for less than a quarter of an hour, but it is not known what they took. Given the speed of the visit, it was probably something they already knew, as Ruocco, who is not under investigation, confirmed. In the meantime, the interrogations are continuing at the provincial command in Bergamo. This afternoon the Carabinieri also called some of Sharon’s work colleagues to the barracks, who had been working as a barmaid in a club in Brembate, ‘Vanilla Food’, for a year. They are being heard as people informed about the facts, just as it happened for Sharon’s parents, the same partner Sergio Ruocco twice, the parents of the latter and other relatives of the murdered woman. The aim is to verify every aspect of Sharon’s life and ascertain some possible shadow, so far it seems not to have emerged.
