1. Fake calls will be curbed
Fake calls and messages will be curbed from September 1. Some time ago, TRAI had instructed telecom companies to curb fake calls and fake messages. TRAI has once again issued strict guidelines to stop fake calls and messages. The instructions say that all telecom companies like Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL etc. should shift telemarketing calls and commercial messaging starting from 140 mobile number series to blockchain based DLT i.e. Distributed Laser Technology platform by September 30. After this, it is expected that from September 1, fake calls and messages coming from these numbers will be stopped.

2. This will be the change in the rules of credit card
HDFC Credit Card: If you use HDFC Bank’s credit card, then you need to pay more attention. HDFC Bank has said that it will set a limit on the reward points available on utility transactions. According to this, HDFC credit card customers will be able to earn only up to 2000 points in utility transactions every month. HDFC Bank will no longer give reward points for education payments through third party apps.
IDFC First Bank Credit Card: IDFC First Bank is also going to change the rules related to credit card from September 1. IDFC First Bank has said that it will further reduce the minimum amount payable on credit card. This will make it easier for the card holder to make payment. Also, the bank has reduced the due date of payment. The bank has reduced the due date of payment from 18 to 15 days.

3. Helmet is mandatory for pillion rider on two-wheeler
It will be mandatory for the pillion rider on any type of two-wheeler (scooter or bike) to wear a helmet from September 1. Although this rule is already applicable under the Motor Vehicle Act, it is not followed in many cities. Now this rule is going to be implemented in Visakhapatnam, a big city of Andhra Pradesh, from September 1. Under this new rule, now the two-wheeler driver and pillion rider will have to wear a helmet at all costs. If someone does not follow this rule, a challan of Rs 1035 will be deducted. Also, the license can also be suspended for three months.

4. Change in LPG prices
LPG rates are revised on the first of every month. However, it is not necessary that the price of LPG cylinder will increase or decrease. Oil companies are required to revise rates every month. Last month, on August 1, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinder had increased by Rs 8.50. There was no change in the price of 14 kg domestic gas cylinder.
