Patna: Bihar Chief Minister and JDU National President Nitish Kumar appointed in-charges of several states on Friday and a day later on Saturday, the party’s Bihar State President Umesh Singh Kushwaha announced the new State Committee. Shortly before this, the State President had issued a notice of dissolving the State Committee and State Political Advisory Committee. In the list of State Committee released by State President Umesh Singh Kushwaha, 10 vice presidents, 49 general secretaries, 46 secretaries, 9 spokespersons and one treasurer have been appointed.
New faces included
Many new faces have been included in this list while many old office bearers have also been included. Ravindra Prasad Singh, Ajit Chaudhary, Mahabali Singh, Muneshwar Chaudhary, Sanjay Singh, Haroon Rashid, Baidyanath Prasad Singh Vikal, Pramila Prajapati, Amar Kumar Agarwal and Kaladhar Prasad Mandal have been given the responsibility of vice president in the committee. Former minister Neeraj Kumar has once again been given the responsibility of spokesperson. Apart from this, Nihora Prasad Yadav, Anjum Ara, Himraj Ram, Arvind Nishad, Bharti Mehta, Parimal Kumar, Anupriya and Manish Kumar have been made spokespersons. Lalan Kumar Sarraf has been given the responsibility of treasurer.
Responsibility to Bulo Mandal
It is believed that JDU has formed a new state committee to prepare for the 2025 assembly elections. Let us tell you that on Friday, JDU has appointed in-charges in 29 states. Eight national general secretaries have also been appointed in the party. On Friday, the work of the national office bearers of the party was divided by the party’s national president and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Former Bhagalpur MP Shailesh Kumar alias Bulo Mandal, who left RJD and joined JDU, was made the national president of the Extremely Backward Cell. Five people have been given the responsibility of more than one state.
