Before completing the work of the II Legislature, the Plenary Session of the Congress of Mexico City approved three opinions for changes in land use, two positive and one negative, in the Cuauhtémoc and Miguel Hidalgo municipalities y Tlalpanrespectively.
He PRI legislator Ernesto Alarcon He explained that a property located at 8 Galileo Street, Colonia Polanco IV sectionMiguel Hidalgo mayor’s office, will allow a HM/22/30/150 zoning, mixed housing, 22 levels of height, 30 percent of free area and 150 square meters of surface area dwelling.
The above authorizes the use of the land for hotel-type lodging services, commerce and food and beverage services in general for a restaurant with the sale of alcoholic beverages and a bar; and highlighted the favorable opinions, essentially, of the secretariats of Urban Development and Housing, that of Risk Management and Civil Protection y dthe Mexico City Water System.
In justifying the second opinion, the congressman Javier Ramos Franco of the PVEM He stated that the modification to the Cuauhtémoc Delegational Urban Development Program, for the property on Tehuantepec Street number 118 in the Roma Sur neighborhood, was approved to grant the land use HO/6/10/Z, since it does not disrupt the urban environment, and allows the property to exercise land uses adjusted to the reality of the area.
He said that the property is located in an area considered under the criteria of heritage conservation; in this sense the Directorate of Urban Cultural Heritage and Public Space approved the zoning change because it does not affect the environment.
The deputy Carlos Hernandez from Morena presented a ruling, through which the citizen initiative that sought to reform the Delegational Program of Urban Development for the mayor’s office of Tlalpan, referring to the property located in Second closed Mixtecapa Z 03, Block 16, lot 21 S, of the Cantera Puente de Piedra neighborhood, was rejected./24 HOURS
