During this, he announced to give one bonus share to the investors for every share. The company is going to give bonus shares to its investors after seven years. This will benefit more than 35 lakh investors of the company. Due to this announcement, the company’s shares jumped by more than 2 percent on Wednesday. This was the biggest single-day jump in Reliance shares in a month. Eventually, the stock closed at Rs 3040.85 with a rise of 1.51%. This increased Ambani’s net worth by $ 1.77 billion, i.e. about Rs 14,839 crore. According to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index, Ambani’s net worth has now reached $ 114 billion.
