To make these laddus, you need one cup of fenugreek seeds, half a cup of almonds, half a cup of ghee, one cup of jaggery, one spoon of dry ginger powder, half a spoon of cardamom powder and a quarter cup of dry coconut. Know further what is the recipe for making these laddus.
Dry roast the fenugreek seeds on low flame till they turn golden brown. This process not only improves the taste but also reduces the bitterness of fenugreek. Grind the almonds into a coarse powder. Its texture adds a nice crunch to the laddus.
Melt the jaggery in a pan by adding some water to make a thick syrup, strain it. In a large mixing bowl, add roasted fenugreek seeds, almond powder, jaggery syrup, ghee, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and dry coconut. Mix them well to make a smooth mixture.
