Moanda: Beneficiaries of Comilog’s seed fund at the school of commercial strategies

by time news

DIG/ Knowing how to adopt the predisposition in the operation of one’s project; designing visions concerning entrepreneurial activities; knowing how to prepare oneself in commercial matters… in short, being equipped in commercial matters to be able to succeed in one’s activity and being authorized to repay the credits granted by microfinance, in accordance with the seed fund launched by Comilog are the aspects that explain the training provided by Jeanne Dominique Tchialé, Expert in Prospecting and Commercial Intermediation at the MESS of Comilog in Moanda.

This training is necessary and comes at just the right time when we know that in Gabon, the vast majority of projects that have benefited from funding have not always reached maturity.

Comilog wants to break this tradition by providing the beneficiaries of its program with the best possible tools on the commercial strategies to implement when launching an activity.

“We teach them business strategies, because they are totally ignorant of what is called business strategy in selling goods or services.

We teach them basically how to prepare for business. The predisposition to be able to sell services.”, said Jeanne Dominique Tchialé.

With financial ceilings ranging from 5 million CFA francs and more, Comilog implicitly wants, through the seed fund project, to offer local entrepreneurs the possibility of boosting their activities and positioning themselves as economic forces in the city of Moanda.

“This start-up fund falls to peak, to the extent that it will allow me to re-energize my activity to be better on the ground”, says Prince Kouma-Koumba, Head of Prince Kouma Transport, a personnel transport and vehicle rental company supported by Comilog.

If several project leaders, men and women, took part in this training tinged with experience and enriching ideas, Comilog wants them to be best equipped to face the different markets and make their project prosper in areas such as agriculture, industry, construction, processing of agricultural products to name but a few.

After the Moanda stage, Jeanne Dominique Tchialé’s office plans to give each of the beneficiaries an additional month to monitor individual economic initiatives.
