The Russians – whose army guarantees that the population can freely leave Kiev – accuse the Ukrainians of using civilians as human shields. Reply of the major archbishop of Kiev: ‘they are the ones who use human shields’. UN alarm: 102 civilians, including 7 children, killed since Thursday, but the real death toll could be much higher.
