The actor Mustapha Dassoukine is no more
Rabat – Comedian Mustapha Dassoukine died Saturday evening in Casablanca, we learned from his family.
Born in 1942 in Casablanca, the late Mustapha Dassoukine is considered one of the leading figures of national theatre and television who enriched the artistic scene in Morocco.
He is known for his successful comedy roles, notably as part of his duo with comedian Mustapha Zaari.
On television, the deceased had played in several soap operas, including “seta men setine”, “doumoue arrijal” (the tears of men), “khamsa o khmis”, “chouk sedra”, or the sticoms “nssib lhaj Azouz”, “the family of Ssi marbouh” and “al haribane” (the fugitives).
On the “stages”, the actor distinguished himself, among other things, by his roles in numerous plays, both with the troupe of the “Mohammed V National Theater” and with “Masrah Al Yaoum”, including “Allah yaddina fddou”, “goulou laam zine” and “bent al kharraz”.
