Coinciding with his announcement of his support for the Republican candidate in the US presidential elections, Donald Trump, and his controversial method, Elon Musk, the owner of the X platform, launched a campaign of scathing criticism against the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.
Musk posted a photo of Harris on his Twitter account on Monday evening, writing above it, “Kamala pledged to be a communist dictator from day one.”
“Can you believe she’s wearing this outfit?” he asked, referring to her red suit and a hat with a communist sign on it.
The photo angered the Democratic candidate’s supporters, who confirmed that the photo was fake and created by the Grok artificial intelligence robot.
Others saw these “false allegations as very serious, especially since they come from the owner of one of the largest social media platforms.”
Others called on him to be responsible and not add fuel to the fire.
Others, however, have defended Musk, embracing all of his positions and asserting that Harris is pushing a socialist agenda.
Others responded with a picture of Musk wearing a “Nazi uniform.”
Since the Democratic Party officially nominated Harris more than a week ago, social media sites, especially Twitter, have witnessed fierce wars between supporters of the candidates seeking to enter the White House on November 5.
While Musk has put all his weight behind criticizing the Democrats and accusing them of everything from bringing non-American citizens to vote to facilitating the entry of illegal immigrants into the country, in addition to promoting a socialist program that represents far-left ideas.
