Dhakad, the Bollywood action thriller starring Kangana Ranaut, has announced a release date. The movie will hit theaters on May 27. The movie is also a pan Indian release of Kangana. Apart from Hindi, the film will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The Malayalam translation of a Bollywood movie is rare. The producers have announced the release date along with the new poster. Dhakad is Kangana Ranaut’s pan-Indian release, which follows Jayalalithaa’s life story.
Kangana Ranaut’s heroine is named Agent Agni. The first decision of the producers was to release the film in theaters in the month of April. But after Kovid, many new releases are coming out as theaters are active. Lots of new movies coming out in April as well. With this in mind, the release was postponed for another month.
This is a very important film for action scenes. I know the issue is child trafficking and the exploitation of women. Divya Dutta and Saswata Chatterjee will play the lead roles in the film, which stars Arjun Rampal in the lead role. The film, which was completed on a big budget, has another important feature. It is for the first time in Indian cinema that a heroine plays the central character in a multi-lingual film on a large canvas.
The film is directed by Rasneesh Razi Ghai. The film is produced by Deepak Mukut and Sohail McLaughlin. Hunar Mukut is a co-production. The film is being produced by Soham Rockstar Entertainment in association with Kamal Mukuth, Sohail McLauley Productions and Asylum Films.
