Revenues during the considered period are BGN 28,362,000, which means that the “reds” are at a loss of BGN 1,789,000.
They are formed as follows: BGN 8,565,000 from core activity and BGN 19,797,000 – physical income.
The most significant of them are from advertising (BGN 2,492,000), tickets and cards (BGN 1,437,000), from the sale of goods with the club logo (BGN 2,323,000), in connection with participation in European tournaments ( BGN 1,390,000) and TV rights (BGN 526,000).
“The main part of the income is formed by written-off liabilities in the amount of BGN 19,060 million to the parent company due to their forgiveness with an agreement, according to which a condition was agreed that the company would repay part of its liabilities, and the remaining part would be forgiven. The agreed condition has been met”, the club’s auditors specify.
Thus, liabilities to related parties at the end of 2023 decrease to BGN 7,893,000.
