“We still have a long way to go before those who have been victims of a crime have the certainty that they have been heard, that they have received justice”, he pointed out.
He recalled that on August 30, the International Day of Women was celebrated. Victims of Forced Disappearances, One of the most outrageous and violent expressions of human rights abuses, which causes terrible suffering among the people of Mexico, who urgently require truth and justice.
For this reason, within the framework of the formal start of the 66th Legislature, he called on the Powers to open up to plural dialogue that will allow them to find reforms that guarantee the best functioning of powers and institutions.
