Every month, AnTuTu publishes a ranking of the most powerful smartphones on the market. The list of December 2023 left many users surprised, as famous brands such as Huawei, Motorola, Oppo, Googleamong others, failed to secure a place in the top ten. Which phone took the top spot? Here’s the answer.
What is the best phone today, according to AnTuTu?
The latest AnTuTu ranking, which you can find at this link, places the iQOO 12 Vivo takes first place with 2,086,638 points. In second and third place are the Xiaomi 13 and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with 1,559,604 and 1,551,689, respectively. Of the 3 devices on the podium, only the first uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the rest use the predecessor.
Vivo’s iQOO series doesn’t usually make it to Latin American countries; however, that could change considering it just claimed the top spot on the latest AnTuTu chart. The iQOO 12 has stood out for having several interesting features, including its 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Inside, in addition to the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the smartphone Vivo’s smartphone has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, although there is also a cheaper version that has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. Regarding autonomy, the device comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and 120W fast charging.
Finally, in the photography section, the iQOO 12 has a 16 MP selfie camera, located in a small hole in the screen. The rear, meanwhile, is made up of three lenses: the main 50 MP, a 50 MP ultra-wide angle and a 64 MP telephoto that offers 3x optical zoom, 10x hybrid and up to 100x digital.
