the theoretical written test will focus on one or more of the following subjects:
– Notes on criminal law and procedure;
– Administrative law and administrative procedure;
– Notes on civil law and procedure;
– Public law and in particular, public procurement legislation;
– Transparency legislation (Legislative Decree 33/2013), and Anti-corruption (L. 190/2012 and subsequent amendments);
– Elements of digital law and Digital Administration Code, processing of personal data and protection of privacy (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and General Data Protection Regulation GDPR – EU Regulation no. 679/2016);
– Notes on Local Government Tax Law;
– Labour law with particular reference to public employment;
– Local government organization;
– the theoretical-practical written test will consist of the drafting of a document/report/opinion on one or more subjects of the theoretical written test
– the oral exam will focus on the following topics:
a) subjects of the written tests;
b) code of conduct for public employees;
c) verification of knowledge of the English language;
d) verification of knowledge of the most common computer applications
First written test: Tuesday 19.11.2024 at 9.30 am at the Council Chamber of the Municipal Office of Lignano Sabbiadoro or at another location indicated to those present by the examining commission;
Second written test: Tuesday 19.11.2024 at 2.30 pm at the Council Chamber of the Municipal Office of Lignano Sabbiadoro or at another location indicated to those present by the examining commission;
Oral exam: Thursday 11/28/2024 at the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro or at another location indicated by the examining commission to those present in the event of a high number of candidates admitted to the oral exam, the tests will end on 11/29/2024.
