The elected mayor of Cuauhtémoc, Alessandra Rojo de la Vega, will challenge today the nullity of the election in the mayor’s office, which invalidated his triumph for alleged political gender violence against the former candidate of Morena, Catalina Monreal.
The legal team of the candidate for the Alliance will present the appeal tonight before the Regional Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF). This was confirmed by Rojo de la Vega herself through social networks, where she expressed her confidence that her victory will be respected.
