The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zlansky, attacked Russia and demanded the assistance of Europe in a recorded speech to the European Parliament.

“The country is in tragedy, we are fighting for our land, our freedom and our life,” Zlansky said. “No one will break us. Because we are Ukrainians. Ukraine is sacrificing its best sons in the hope that they will treat us as equals. Dozens of people were killed in Kharkov, this is the price of freedom. Russia is attacking children, 16 children were killed yesterday.” Zalansky called on the European Parliament to “prove that you are with us, prove that you are real Europeans.” At the end of the speech, Zelsky received thunderous applause.
