Ukraine: 20 Senate applause for Draghi’s speech – First Floor

(ANSA) – ROME, MARCH 01 – About twenty applause from the Senate Chamber to the Communications of Prime Minister Mario Draghi on government initiatives in support of Ukraine. The premier’s speech was just over 30 minutes. The applause highlighted the most significant points of Draghi’s communications. At the end, almost all the senators stood up to applaud, as they had long done at the beginning of the speech, when Draghi expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people and their president Zelensky.
