The band started their American tour at the end of July this year. The last four stops of the thirty-five-concert US tour will be in Hollywood, Los Angeles, from October 22nd to 27th. This will be followed by the Asian part in November and December in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan.
Founded in 2008 and currently operating as a trio (Dan Reynolds – vocals, guitar, keyboards and percussion; Wayne Sermon – guitar, vocals, mandolin, synthesizers, violin; Ben McKee – bass guitar, keyboards, vocals), 74 million albums have been sold so far sold worldwide, the team has more than 160 billion plays. Their four singles – Radioactive, Believer, Thunder, Demons – sold more than ten times platinum.
Since their emergence in 2009, they have achieved five consecutive Top 10 debuts on the Billboard album chart with Night Visions (2012), Smoke + Mirrors (2015), Evolve (2017), Origins (2018), and Mercury – With Act 1 (2021). The second part of the latter, Mercury – Act 2, released in 2022, was produced by the world-famous Rick Rubin. Bones featured on Mercury Act 2 topped the radio charts, Enemy with rapper JID collected billions of downloads worldwide. Their song Bad Liar is the tenth in a row to surpass one billion streams, while the music videos for their hits Thunder and Believer have reached two billion YouTube views, following Radioactive and Demons’ more than one billion.
From Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa to Avicii and composer Hans Zimmer, they have worked with many world stars, raising millions for the children’s cancer organization Tyler Robinson Foundation and frontman Dan Reynolds’ Loveloud Foundation.
