Pravesh Singh, Greater Noida: The airport being built in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh will be started on time. CM Yogi Adityanath inspected the airport under construction in Jewar on Tuesday. He held a review meeting of the work done so far at the airport. He also instructed that the operation of the airport has to be started on the stipulated deadline, so increase the preparations from now on. Along with focusing on the operation of the airport, there should be full focus on connectivity as well. Actually, PM Narendra Modi is coming to Greater Noida on Wednesday. CM Yogi reached Greater Noida on Tuesday to take stock of the preparations for his program. The company building the airport has declared the deadline for operation as April 2025. During the site visit recently, it was seen that the work that is to be done before the operation of the airport is very difficult to complete in the next 8 months.
CM gave instructions
The information about the delay in completion of the Noida airport work had also reached the CM. That is why he himself reached the spot and saw the ground reality of the airport work on Tuesday. During the meeting, the CM said that government level help should be taken for any kind of obstacle. He said that all routes should be connected to Noida International Airport. Arrangements are being made by the government to ensure that people do not face any problem in reaching the airport under any circumstances.
During the review meeting, MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma, MLA Jewar Dhirendra Singh, State Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, DM Manish Verma, Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh, Yamuna Authority officials and officials of the company building the Noida International Airport were also present with the CM. After this, CM Yogi reached the Expo Center in Greater Noida to review the preparations for the PM’s arrival.
