Dave Grohl, the leader of the Foo Fighters, has become a dad again.
The baby girl, however, was born out of a marital affair. And he himself confessed this through a post on Instagram.

“Recently, I became a father to a baby girl born outside my marriage. I will be a present and loving father for her. I love my wife and my daughters, and I am doing everything in my power to regain their trust and to earn their forgiveness“: these are the words that Dave Grohl shared on Instagram.
The 55-year-old singer did not provide any information about the mother of the girl. He and Jordyn Boom, 48, recently celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary. Together they have three daughters: Violet Maye, 18, Harper Willow, 15, and Ophelia Saint, 10. The two first met in 2001 at the Sunset Marquis Whiskey Bar, but it wasn’t love at first sight. “When I first met my wife, we went out for a couple of dates, and I decided I wasn’t ready for a serious relationship, so I just stopped calling her,” Grohl told Elle. “After three months, I had a revelation and called her back.” The wedding took place in 2003, at their home in Los Angeles.

Dave Grohl is no stranger to infidelity.
From 1994 to 1997, he was married to Jennifer Leigh Youngblood, a photographer, but the marriage fell apart due to his infidelity.
The same fate befell his relationship with Tina Basich, a former snowboarding champion. In her autobiography Pretty Good for a Girl: The Autobiography of a Snowboarding Pioneer, she explains the pain she felt when she found out she had been cheated on. The couple dated for about two years in the late 1990s, before breaking up when Basich broke her leg and had to take a break from her career. “Breaking up sucks, but breaking up with a rockstar is the worst,” she writes in the book. “All I got was a five-minute phone call after five weeks trying to contact him to find out if the cheating rumors were true.”
