Singrauli: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court today in the Delhi Excise Policy case. This case was earlier filed by the ED and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). In his decision on the release case, Justice Kant has said that Kejriwal is granted bail in the CBI case on a bond of Rs 10 lakh.
Let us tell you that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was in custody for 177 days and continuous efforts were being made for his bail. The Supreme Court granted him bail on Friday. However, a condition has been imposed with his bail that he will fully cooperate in the investigation and will be present in the trial court. After Kejriwal got bail, celebrations were held in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.

In which case did he go to jail? Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by ED on March 21. After this, he was also arrested by CBI. The investigation agency had told the Supreme Court that Kejriwal was the mastermind of the liquor scam. He was sent to jail in this case. The Supreme Court has granted bail with a condition in which Arvind Kejriwal can neither go to the CM office nor the secretariat. He will not talk to any witness in any way. He will not have access to any official file related to his case.
